Look to this section for a listing of all of our upcoming in-store events and Downtown happenings. The fall of 2005 will be filled with fun, exciting and educational events and programs for you to enjoy. Our in-store activities will include a series of seminars called "Breakfast at Ritzi's", which will cover topics concerning jewelry care, appraisals, custom design and bridal fashion. Additionally, we will host Holiday Events and celebrations to honor our milestone of 125 years in business.
Our Downtown Daytona committee has planned several fun-filled weekend and evening promotions for our area, to include; the Halifax Art Festival, Beer and Blues Night and Wine Tasting and Food Extravaganza. We will post the dates, times and locations for all of these fall plans.

Wm Ritzi & Co. is in the relationship building business. Obviously, our clients are the only reason that we are celebrating a milestone of 125 years starting this fall. We have generations of families that count on Ritzi for straight answers and honest business dealings. We have worked diligently over the years to care for our clients in a manner that always shows great appreciation for the trust that they have placed in us over all of these years.
This fall, we are "Rolling Out the Red Carpet" for all of our clients in celebration of our 125 year anniversary. We have many new Client Care Programs that continue to reward our customers for their loyalty and friendship. The Ritzi "Red" Program, including our Ritzi "Ruby Red Card" gives lifetime discounts and premium services to our loyal customers. Additionally, we have a Customer Referral Program that allows all referrals to be acknowledged and rewarded. As you may expect, many of our new customers come to us by way of referral from a current, satisfied customer. We greatly appreciate all of the referrals that we receive and always try to exceed the expectations of our long-standing and brand new customers.
Our new programs will include many in-store events. A seminar series will be launched in the fall, as well as, many fun and exciting Private Shows and Parties to celebrate our distinction as Volusia and Flagler's oldest jeweler. We also have a new Hospitality Area, Kids Zone and private Custom Design/Bridal Area, ensuring you a very pleasant atmosphere while you are in our store. Beginning in January 2006, we will be producing a new quarterly newsletter that will include a calendar of events, upgrades to our loyalty and referral programs, special offers and educational tidbits about jewelry, repairs and appraisals.
